This notice describes the public RuthReaT website, including its inquiry form and the technical services used to operate it.
Inquiry information
When you submit the inquiry form, RuthReaT receives the contact details, location, training interests, goals, experience, availability, and optional notes you provide. The information is used only to respond to your request and discuss relevant training services.
Analytics and cookies
RuthReaT has not connected an advertising or third-party visitor analytics service and does not place advertising cookies. Cloudflare processes ordinary request and security information needed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the website. Turnstile may process browser and interaction signals to distinguish people from automated abuse.
Storage and notification
Inquiry submissions are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database and a notification copy is sent to RuthReaT’s verified Gmail address through Cloudflare Email Routing. RuthReaT does not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. You may reply to a RuthReaT inquiry email to request access, correction, or deletion.
